software (collectively the “Service”) you understand and agree to the

a public platform and that we or other users may search for, see, use,
or re-post any of your User Content (as defined in our Terms of Use)
that you post through the Service
b. Applicability and third-party websites
and services.This Privacy Policy only applies to the information we
collect when you use the Service or view the comments and does not apply
to any website that uses the Service or other website linked to from
the Service. We are not responsible for the practices employed by
websites linked to or from the Service, including Partner Sites, or the

e. Where we need to collect personal data
by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you and you fail
to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the
contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to

transmit to Master Tech or guarantee that information on the Service may not
be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed. Your privacy settings may
also be altered by accessing the Service through a third party such as
